What After Being Born Again

If you have accepted Jesus as the personal savior of your life; with your faith that comes from the heart and the confession of your mouth that He is your master; and that He is the Son of God, then you have become now a member in the family of God. I want to tell about the privileges that have now become yours. Because if you did not know of them you will not be able to receive them. I want to focus on the privileges that you now possess as a result of your prayer for salvation.

• You are son of God: because you are born of God Himself. (John 1:12) “But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God”, I’ve been 100% human race only. But now I have become 100% divine race and also 100% human race. Look, this came in (2 Peter 1:4) “Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

• You also possess an inheritance. This inheritance has been kept in heaven, but you can take it from here on earth. This inheritance includes physical healing and material prosperity. God wants you to live here the best life just as any father wants his child to live the best life 1 Peter 1:3-4 “3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you”

1. You are now a new creation, a new species of humans. How is that??! Yes, many people have watched fictional movies in which a space creature comes to earth and marries a woman, then this woman bears the child of this creature which is not a human, and when she gives birth to this child he is like his father. The strange thing is that people believe these stories, but let me tell you something: we the Christians have the same story happening to us. The word (new creation) mentioned in 2 Corinthians 5:17 comes in the original Greek language to mean a new type or a different type of human beings or a new species. (Species is a word spoken to define types of creatures, as when we say that the human being does not descend or come from the monkey species). 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” You are a new kind, a divine kind, a divine kind of people and are not like ordinary people.

1. All the old things have passed away. Old things mean the sinful nature that was in you has passed away, your sins are gone, you have become the righteousness of God, yes and because of your faith you have become righteous like God, this is because of your trusting (your faith) and not because of the works you have done or the ones you are going to do. This is what the Bible says about you, read the following verse: (2 Corinthians 5:21) “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him”.

1. You become (in HIM), you belong to God, you are called by His Name: son of God. You can read the letters and place tags or lines under all the words that contain: (In Him) … (through Him) … (by Him) … and appropriate it to yourself . . IT IS YOURS!! (In Him) speaks of Jesus, the Bible does not speak of another person he speaks of you . . you . . you . . son of God. Let me add another privilege that Jesus gave you.

1. The Lord has released you and freed you from the hands of Satan, and he has transferred you into His Kingdom. When you study about this Kingdom in the Bible you will find it is a wonderful kingdom full of joy and blessings for you here on earth and in heaven. (Colossians 1 : 12-13) “12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:  13  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:” Notice with me  that all the verbs are in the past, they have already occurred when you prayed this prayer. This event has happened in your spirit and not your human body. When you feed your spirit on the word of God, these things will come out of your spirit to your outer body. Satan can have nothing against you for the Lord has defeated him for you and you are now greater than a victor in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:37) “But in all these things, we accomplish what surpasses the victory through the one who loved us”. Jesus did not need to defeat Satan, but He did it for you and for me, Glory to the Lord.

1. You possess eternal life within you now that begins here on earth and which gives you the assurance of going to heaven. But let me tell you that when you accept Jesus as your personal Saviour you become situated in heaven in advance. This is mentioned in (John 17:3) And this is eternal life, that they know you (you have accomplished this in the salvation prayer), the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. See, now you can live heaven on the earth through Jesus Christ whom you are in Him now.

My dear brother and dear sister, there is a lot in regard to the decision that you took. What I wrote was in short. Congratulations, your life will not be as it was, you are very precious because Jesus is inside you now. You do not need to pray the salvation prayer again because God has truly accepted you. But what you need is the following:

1. To know and discover: Your rights and your inheritance in this new Kingdom. It is a spiritual kingdom but it is real just as the TV waves are real but are invisible. This is obtained by studying the Word of God and the Christian books and articles. These are all found on the site.

1. Take your inheritance that meets all your needs, the needs that any human being can face on Earth.  This is by learning how to walk by faith. This is all explained on the site.
