“He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32).
Some people, even after they are born again still think they have to do something extra to attain God’s best for them. They read the portion of Scripture that says, “… all things are yours” (1 Corinthians 3:21), and automatically conclude in their minds that God isn’t referring to them. They don’t think they qualify because they still commit sin sometimes.
Such people have the wrong impression of their true identity in Christ. They’ve fed their minds with the wrong information. That’s the reason the Bible tells us in Romans 12: 2, “Be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.” In other words, you have to think thoughts that are consistent with the Word of God.
A born again Christian is a new creature, a brand new species of being that never existed before. He’s not a sinner trying to be righteous; rather, he’s born into the Kingdom of God as a holy and righteous person. He’ll never be more righteous than he was the day he was born again. The devil plays with the minds of those who don’t understand this truth and make them feel the reason their prayers aren’t answered is because they sinned. That’s not true. God doesn’t withhold any good thing from His children (James 1:5); you were born into His Kingdom as an heir with an inheritance. The whole world belongs to you because God willed it to you.
Next time, when you make a request of the Father, don’t beg as though you’re a servant; you’re the Father’s heir, and a joint heir with Christ. Before the foundations of the earth, He called you and separated you unto the glory life! The Bible says “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light (Colossians 1:12). He qualified you to be a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in the Kingdom of light; you’ve been called to live the good life!
Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for your love for me that transcends human understanding. Thank you for separating me from my mother’s womb unto the life of victory, prosperity and success; I’m manifesting your glory for the whole world to see, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
