Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. (Eph. 1:3)
It is a remarkable fact that nowhere in the Epistles – the letters that are written to the Church – do Paul, James, John, Jude, or any of the other writers urge Christians to believe or have faith. Our urging Christians to believe is the result of the Word having lost its reality to them. That’s what the problem is.
Since Paul never encouraged the Church to believe, what did he tell them? According to Ephesians 1:3, he tells us that God has already blessed us with all there is.
There isn’t any more. He has blessed us with every spiritual blessing. If you’re blessed with every spiritual blessing, then you’re blessed!
You don’t need to ask for spiritual blessings. All you need to do is thank God that you have them. All you have to say is, “Father, I thank You for my healing. I thank You for my deliverance.”
Confession: I am blessed. I don’t need to ask for spiritual blessings, because they already belong to me. I thank God for healing. I thank God for health.
