2Corinthians 8:9 “For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.”
If you were born from God, this is God’s will for you, and it does not matter whether you were born into a rich family or not, most importantly, you were born of God through the acceptance of Christ. If you were born of God, you may not have tasted this prosperity before, but this is God’s will for you, and being God’s will for you does not mean that it will happen by itself. There is a role for you to play, do your role and you will find abundance beginning to sweep you and blessings chasing you … Deuteronomy 28.
My own experience:
One day I started reading and reflecting on the verse in:
Malachi 3:10-12 ” (10) Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. (11) And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.(12) And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts.”
We have repeated this verse a lot since childhood, but we did not meditate on it or give attention to it, and perhaps also some of us learned about it as a symbol and not a literal, but I studied the word and found it literal, and I spoke with those who applied it in the Old and New Testaments, so I said to myself why I do not see this in my life ??? God is not a fictional God who talks to us with symbols and he does not mean two meanings for his word but rather means exactly what he says, 2Corinthians 1:13 “For we write none other things unto you, that what ye read or acknowledge; and I trust ye shall acknowledge even to the end;” (In Greek there are not two meanings for what you read), so these verses are literal. I began praying for the Lord to open my spiritual eyes, and I found the answer on the subject of the seed which is in 2 Corinthians 9 and since I began to apply it I began to experience Malachi 3: 10-12 literally.
Maybe you say what is my role? Here are the steps from the Word of God:
- Know the word and learn about abundance and prosperity:
All blessings, including prosperity, will be obtained by faith. Faith comes by hearing the word of God concerning what you pray for, how would you dare to engage in something that you do not know God’s thought about it and if you do this you will be hesitant and will not receive anything. You will not get anything that you do not know or know a little about, so dig in the Word and you will find the Word of God, which is his thoughts about finances. If you want to be a successful trader, you will study about trade, and if you want to be a successful doctor, you will study medicine to be successful. It is your knowledge of the Word that will create in your soul sound images of the picture that God wants his children to look at, and you change into it and it becomes a reality in your life.
Sound education is very important, especially because we have not heard sound education in terms of finances in our churches, and the worst thing is that many preach about it in a non-biblical way, and they quote verses from its text and explain that God wants a poor person to be humble and this is all non-biblical, and so do not be confused about it Read the word by yourself.
Enough!!! Giving humans a higher stature than the word, make the Word your reference and the earth on which you stand. Study the word and read articles that talk about God’s thought in terms of money on our website.
- Pay in the right places and the right way:
The Bible called “seed” for the money you pay, why? To apply to it what you apply to the seed that is sown. 2 Corinthians 9:10-11 – : (10) Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) (11) Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.
Luke 6:38 -: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
In order to enjoy material prosperity you have to pay money in God’s Kingdom and that is the gift.
The world says: To prosper, save, but the Word of God says to you: To flourish, give and give generously.
I am not telling you not to save, save but in two places, in heaven and on earth.
In heaven by payment in the kingdom of God, and on earth while he is in the banks and this is true and must be done.
The money that you pay is like a seed and the place where you pay it is like a farmland. Let’s apply the same principles that we apply to the seed, let’s apply it to the money that you pay:
The farmland:
You may put your money in a fertile land, and it will bring abundant fruit. This means that you pay in a place that preaches the word in the correct way that God wants, and how will you know? By having results in your life because of this teaching, it saved you from your problems, gave you a lift, a promotion in your work, and a recovery for your body.
And there are those who pay in places that do not preach the word but rather preach other things that appear correct. This land is not fertile, and therefore you will not get fruits for the seeds that you pay and sow in these places or in the lives of these people.
The harvest that God promises to return to you in Malachi 3: 10-12 depends on the fertility of the land where you place your progress.
- Water, air and fertilizers:
This is the role of faith, how? Pray a faith prayer on your seed.
This is your role every time you push into the Kingdom of God, pray for this seed and announce that a good agent will return to you. Do not pay indifferently, but rather pay with faith, believing that divine laws are moved and you participate in the heavenly stock exchange and buy winning shares.
Look at what is not seen through the book, do not underestimate the images and imaginations that the Spirit places in your spirit.
Your imagination is designed to see invisible things, and unfortunately many people have taught against imagination, but God did not create it unnecessarily but rather created it so that the television in which you see the things you read in the word and when you look at these images constantly will change to them.
When you are paying your offering, put your hand on it and pray with faith, without begging and say:
“Thank you, Lord, for you have given me seed to plant in your kingdom, in which I am resident,
I thank you because with this seed that I offer now I will receive in return. I shall be given now a good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over here on earth. I shall lack nothing, but I will enjoy everything plentifully here on earth, because I’m sowing in the right place and I believe that You will entrust me with that, and You will give many more seeds to sow in your kingdom … glory to the Lord … Hallelujah “
Say the words of faith on your seed:
This is not a prayer but rather confessions that you announce about your materials, for example: “I (so and so) the Lord is my shepherd, and I shall not need anything, but the Lord gives me everything richly for enjoyment” It is about him, but when you speak to him, speak to the mountain and cast it into the sea, believing that your words have power to create. You have planted the seed, but you have to water it with the words of your mouth. The Bible says: Because people do not see immediate results, their hearts start to harden (walk by sight)
Ecclesiastes 8:11 -: “Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.”
Thus, we see many believers speaking faith on their seeds, but when they did not see immediate results, that is, they didn’t see things materialized, they began to be frustrated and set the matter of faith aside.
But do not forget who you are, “You are a king.” We read in Ecclesiastes 8: “Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?” It will happen if you do not retreat before the reality. Also at the Ecclesiastes 11: 4 “He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.” And this means, do not watch the reality, because if you do that, you will not sow and therefore will not reap. And also Ecclesiastes 11:3 says “If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be.”
Perhaps you declare the word for a while and nothing seems to happen so you stop after your declarations, but the phrase “charging the clouds” means that you fill the clouds till it floods and even if there is a delay the result is guaranteed and it is the flood, and you will find not only rain but torrents. Do not walk by sight, but look at the invisible, how? From the book that shows you that the spirit world works with words.
For example, say: “In the name of Jesus, I am speaking to you seed. Go and execute supernatural matters in the Kingdom of God, return to me multiplied so I sow your fruits as well, because I am a giver, so I will not need anything.”
Note: The book says that you do not pay more than your capacity, there are those who love the Lord, but they are ignorant of the word, and they do wrong in this matter and pay everything they have.
The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 8:12 -: “(12) For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, (In Greek: Relative and proportionate to what he owns) and not according to that he hath not. (13) For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened: (14) But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality:”
Work diligently:
If you are a servant, do the Lord’s work seriously and when people see that there are solutions to their problems because you have taught the word to them, they will give you more.
If you work in services other than ministry, whatever your work, work seriously and with joy and be diligent and proficient in what you do. Proverbs 14:23 says: “In all labour there is profit:”
The book says that the Lord will give you the ability to produce wealth Deuteronomy 8:18 “But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.”
Believe that your efforts in your work will accomplish more things than those who work with you, and that your efforts are fruitful because you are the son of God, and God has placed in you his own genes, and that you are success and rise in your work.
Believe that your promotion will come because you are giving in the kingdom of God and the Lord will only make you rise.
Psalm 75:6-7 -: 6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
Do not say that it will lower you because the Psalm is not inconceivable. He then said that the decline is for the wicked and the lift for the righteous which is “you.”
Be smiling and happy in your dealings with your customers, a joy bringer to them and a vessel carrying good news for them. They will come and ask you to do this to them and they will start giving you money against your efforts with them ( tips) Rejoice in your work and be honest in it in hidden and in public.
You may say that you are currently a student and you are not working, what should I do? Study well. If you can work in the summer, work. God will increase your parents ’income and increase your expenses. Do not worry about the doors from which the money will come. Do your part in the place where you are.
In Exodus 4, the Lord said to Moses: “…What is that in thine hand?…”
Moses said to him: “A rod.”
In other words, the Lord says: What possibilities do you have and I will use them, and I will make them a wonder.
Start using your capabilities, even if they seem trivial , they will increase.
The Lord will increase the demand of clients and customers for your place or project, your income will increase, your experience will spread, and people will come to you.
God will make you the cause of blessing in your workplace and because of you the work will flourish, and this is what happened with Jacob. Jacob made his uncle’s work prosperous, why? Because his father, Isaac, gave words to his son for blessing and they were valid.
Genesis 30:27 -: “And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the Lord hath blessed me for thy sake.” (i.e. because of you).
He continued what his pagan uncle said to him, (28) “And he said, Appoint me thy wages, and I will give it.” i.e. define your salary and I shall pay it. And this is what is going to happen with you as well.
Participation: One day I was in a small town called “al-Minya” to share with them a teaching from the Word, between the attendees was a person listening with attention of what I was sharing, and at the end of the session he stood-up and went to his friend and shared him everything I said … then this friend began to declare with his mouth Faith declarations that he would not need anything because the Lord cared for him and began looking at his future with faith and began seeing results in his life. He sold in one day 300 pieces of the commodity he was producing in his small project, even though the town was small, 300 in a town of this size is strange. In the same week, he sold a property that he owned that he was trying to sell since a period of time. He sold it for a great price and was able to pay off his debts.
Then he approached one of the believing sisters and was able to get engaged with her after he obtained the approval of the parents who were previously refusing due to his unstable financial conditions. Hallelujah.
Don’t be afraid, just be honest and do your part, and you’ll find angels working for you to bring people and money on your way.
Lead by the Spirit:
Learn to be led by the Spirit as the Spirit will lead you to win and not to lose.
Isaiah 58:11 -: “And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.”
Isaiah 48:17 -: “Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.”
The Lord will open the doors of work for you and lead you to the correct ways to invest your money and projects in it, and he will save you from the economic descents because he will let you know the future. If you lose in any project, this is because you do not yet know how to be guided by the Spirit. Isaac has done and afflicted a hundred times more than i.e. x 100. The Holy Spirit will give you ideas that never came to any other person’s mind. Thus, you will be distinguished in your projects and plans for profit, and it may lead you to open a project some place. Go and do what he says to you, as he leads you to profit only and only to rise.
Isaiah 9:6 -: “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, …” (in Hebrew Extraordinary planner & Strategist) Be able to listen to the leadership of God because he is the great planner who plans with wonder and skill and is on your side.
It is very easy to be led by the Holy Spirit. You may feel it is difficult, but this feeling is caused by your lack of knowledge of how you can be led by the Spirit. Naturally, anything you do not know much about will feel as difficult.
For example: You may be afraid to drive a car because you do not know how to drive, but once you learn it you will enjoy it.
Therefore, do not stand idly by and do not agree with the ideas that push you to retreat from knowing how to be led by the Spirit, which sometimes says to you: “No, this thing is not for you, it is for you, it is for better believers than you”, and this of course is Satan.
Stand against these ideas and reject them and do not make them live with you and start to know how to be led by the Spirit and you will find articles and books on this matter on the web-site.
The Holy Spirit will lead you in managing your money so that you can spend it and save it wisely so that you do not need anything, and at the same time not to be extravagant, because there are wasters and this is not correct and there are stingy and this is not correct as well. If you follow the word, you will flourish materially and you will reach a stage where you lend to others while you are not borrowing, but only follow the word.
Behavior with love:
Many do not realize that their behavior with love has an effect on their prosperity, Paul says in 1 Corinthians 13:3 -:” And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.”
Notice how Paul says each time before this verse that if he does not walk in love, then he becomes as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal, and then he says, and I am nothing …. He did not say I would benefit nothing except in the subject of the offering, why?
Because he speaks with the concept that I explained earlier, that when he gives he will be given.
That is why he said that if I give (offering) and do not walk in love, then I will not reap anything from what I offer. In other words, if he is given and he does not walk in love, then he will not be given. The law will stop working, and it is not God who is punishing him, but because he did not follow the law in the correct way.
Most believers do not walk with love because they do not know the Word regarding this matter, and they believe that love is not within them and find them praying in the wrong way: “Lord, help me to love …, pour out your love within me …., baptize me with the baptism of love …. Help me to forgive …, give me the power to love and forgive …
This is all wrong and a waste of time because they are waiting for God while God is waiting for them.
All of this is caused by ignorance of the word of God, because the word says otherwise, and I always say that we should give attention and note the verses that are in the past tense, because these verses do not need prayer or request because we got them, all we have to do is only we must learn to use what is inside us.
The bible says in Romans 5: 5 -: “And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed (the verb is used in Past) abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”
In fact, love is within you since you were born of God, but you need:
- Realizing the fact that love is within you, which is the same kind of love of God (agape)
- Learn how to behave with love and use it.

Then love is the energy with which your faith works, and without this energy when you speak on your seed, nothing happens.
And if you walk with love (in the way of God and not in your own way), I invite you to rest assured that the coming harvest will be abundant to the point that there will not be sufficient places to store them, and I mean this literally.
Do not repent preventively so you may not walk without love, stop spiritual childhood, and do not repent unless your conscience tells you that you have sinned, your conscience is a faithful guide on the condition that you teach him from the word of God. When you repent preventively, you do so because of fear and not because you actually sinned, and fear will activate Satan in your life and you will not pray effectively because you are walking against who you really are , and who you really are is that you are righteous or innocent, so do not make the Word false.
When non loving thoughts comes to your mind, this does not mean that it was you who thought about or produced, but Satan is the one who brought them to your mind. Do not allow him to deceive you.
- Do not neglect or be afraid to receive the harvest:
Many when they start harvesting their seeds and the money is coming upon them, they are afraid of receiving them or do not link them to their seeds, and they think that this abundance is a coincidence.
This applies to the servants of the Gospel as well, if you are a servant of the Gospel and one of the attendees gives you an amount of money after the sermon , do not refuse it, because if you refuse it, you reject God who sent it to you, and not only this, but you deny this person from participating in this blessing, as if You refuse to plant his seed in your land. You rob him by doing this.
Even if you are a servant and have millions of dollars in the bank, never reject what God offers you through this person.
Many of the servants say: “No, I will not take them, so let the servants give them to the poor …”, and this is ignorance of the word, you do not take because you are poor or rich, but because you work in the field of the Lord.
You live from the Bible, the Lord Jesus was a rich man and at the same time he was not rejecting the gifts that people offer him. Read more about this in an article: Was Jesus Poor?
Do not be based on the verses that Paul mentioned in Corinthians when he refused to support the churches for him, Paul did this in order to make a difference between him and the false servants who had gone before him and took money as if they were real servants and they were not.
Paul did this in one case, but he took money from other churches, and he worked as well in order not to take money from these churches.
2 Corinthians 11:7-13 -: “(7) Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely? (8) I robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service. (9) And when I was present with you, and wanted, I was chargeable to no man: for that which was lacking to me the brethren which came from Macedonia supplied: and in all things I have kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and so will I keep myself. (10) As the truth of Christ is in me, no man shall stop me of this boasting in the regions of Achaia. (11) Wherefore? because I love you not? God knoweth. (12) But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we. (13) For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.”
Test:
One of the persons attending the Bible study told me that he applied for a job and wanted to be accepted in that work because they were offering a good salary, so he went, submitted his papers, was accepted and started a 3 months training period and his boss hated him. After the training he was surprised by his boss writing a bad report about him in front of the workers, he was not chosen to continue and he was expelled from his dream job.
I met him two months later and he said to me: “I want this work … but they refused me and a bad report was written about me even though I didn’t do anything wrong, but my boss wronged me … And now I see that the opportunity of my return is impossible, and I have never heard in my life about someone who is being accepted for the training and then after will be rejected … And not only that, the report in my file is bad … It has become impossible to come back!!!
But I want this work, does it benefit me to pray to get it despite it is impossible??
Is this the will of God or not?
I know this is a question many people ask, so pay attention to my answer to him from the word of God and take it for you as well:
I answered him and said: Do not worry about the report or anything written against you. The most important thing is, do you want this job or not?? Do you really want it or not, because God wants what you and his will for you is to work for a well-paid job.
The Bible says in Mark 11:24 –: “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” (In Greek it means what you desire)
If it depends on you, and if you really want it, you have to create your acceptance yourself and declare it with your mouth that they will summon you and ask you to work and you will be liked by them, harden your forehead and fight the good fight of faith and get it during prayer and not when you see them summon you, but when you pray, believe that you got it and thank the Lord for it … don’t walk by sight.
And this person did exactly what I told him because he really wanted this work, he had worked with spiritual laws that could not fail, and he kept saying the word for months, and indeed they called him, apologize for the rejection and ask him to return…
This is faith and there is nothing impossible for you
This person went back to work and got trained for 3 months, and the same former president who wrote a bad report about him was still in the company, but this time this person stuck to confessions of faith and kept declaring that this president likes him and respects him and will write a positive report about him … and this is what actually happened And it was chosen to stay after the completion of the second training period, and he is now working there and became liked by the president who heads his boss in the company, glory to the Lord and to his word, which always brings results with proper understanding and application.
Summary
When you pay in the biblical way, you will find God trusting you more because you are giving in the right places and the seeds will increase in order to give more. The Bible promises that it will increase your seeds (your money) in order to pay more, not only this, but also increase your resources, and this is another meaning that has come in the verse in 2 Corinthians 9:10 –:”Now he (GOD) that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)” (One of the translations says: The sources of your seeds)
And as a result of the generous giving in verse 7 of the same chapters comes verse 8, which I love in the Greek because it is deeper and clearer: (8) And God is able to make all grace (in Greek earthly blessings) abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
(In the Greek: You have enough for you, even under any circumstances, you have sufficiently, you do not need help and you can give others and help them.)
